2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of personal information:
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account
- Payment information — billing details processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Usage data — the coaching plans you create, sports, age groups, and preferences you select
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically
We do not collect information about the children being coached beyond what you voluntarily include in your coaching plans.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide and improve our coaching plan service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related emails (receipts, account notices)
- Respond to your support requests
- Improve our AI-generated plans based on aggregate usage patterns
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing without your consent.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our service:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI plan generation (your inputs are sent to Claude AI)
- Vercel — website hosting
All providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Make a complaint about how we handle your information

7. Cookies

Our service is intended for use by adults (18+) who coach children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to use our service in relation to the children they coach.
9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
